The current NASCAR Cup Series™ champ will pay tribute to the sport’s 1992 champion when his race car rolls onto the grid for The Official Throwback Weekend of NASCAR®.

For the May event at Darlington Raceway, Chase Elliott’s No. 9 Chevrolet will feature a classic Hooters livery inspired by the late Alan Kulwicki’s 1992 championship paint scheme.

Now both Elliott and Kulwicki fans can add the official Lionel Racing die-cast of the No. 9 Hooters Throwback Chevrolet Camaro to their NASCAR® collections. This 1:24-scale car is available in two distinct trim levels – an Action Racing Collectables (ARC) hoodopen model and also a fully die-cast ELITE version that is built with an opening hood and trunk. Each features authentic details like rolling Goodyear tires, a hand-applied decal package, a driver-side window net, and more. A 1:24-scale car plated in Color Chrome accents and a 1:64-scale model are also on offer.
