Twenty-five years ago, Jeff Gordon drove the unique Chromalusion paint scheme that celebrated the 50th anniversary of NASCAR®.
During this year's Official Throwback Weekend at Darlington Raceway and to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of NASCAR®, Hendrick Motorsports driver William Byron will bring that commemorative scheme back to his No. 24 Axalta Chevrolet.
Now the official Lionel Racing die-cast of this special Byron car is available to order. Built on the Next Gen Chevy tool, each 1:24-scale replica is available in two different trim levels – an Action Racing Collectables (ARC) hood-open model as well as a fully die-cast ELITE version that is built with an opening hood and trunk. The ELITE also features a chassis plate that can be removed to reveal a detailed undercarriage. Each die-cast replica also features realistic touches like retro Goodyear tires, a driver-side window net, hand-placed decals, and more. A 1:64-scale model is also on offer.
