Hendrick Motorsports 40th Anniversary Commemorative 1:64 10-Car Die-Cast Set

In its 40-year history, a roster of incredible drivers have wheeled race cars for Hendrick Motorsports. From Tim Richmond to Darrell Waltrip and Dale Earnhardt Jr. to Jeff Gordon, the list of drivers who have driven for team owner Rick Hendrick is truly impressive.

Now Lionel Racing celebrates the 40th anniversary of Hendrick Motorsports with a set of 1:64-scale cars that revives nine of the most iconic paint schemes from the team’s past with a modern twist, along with one added special edition. Each of these collectible HMS cars is produced on the Next Gen Chevrolet body.

Beginning with the car that started it all – Geoff Bodine’s No. 5 Chevy from 1984 – Lionel has captured the liveries of Tim Richmond’s No. 25, Ken Schrader’s No. 25; Mark Martin’s No. 5; Darrell Waltrip’s No. 17; Terry Labonte’s No. 5; Jeff Gordon’s No. 24; Jimmie Johnson’s No. 48; and Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s No. 88. The 10th car in the set features a specially designed 40th anniversary paint scheme.

The hood of each die-cast features the official Hendrick Motorsports’ 40th Anniversary logo. Each is further detailed with the driver’s name above the window and 1984-2024 printed on the windshield banner. Hand-placed decals, a window net, and rolling Goodyear tires add to the realistic touches. Plus, this exclusive 10-car set comes in a Hendrick Motorsports 40th Anniversary collector box.
