Hendrick Motorsports driver Kyle Larson performed flawlessly in a dominating effort at Bristol Motor Speedway to further pursue a second NASCAR Cup Series championship.

The driver of the No. 5 HendrickCars.com Chevrolet led 462 of 500 laps under the lights at the high-banked half-mile track to win by more than seven seconds over a Hendrick Motorsports teammate. Larsons win in the final race of the opening round of the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series playoffs ensured a spot into the Round of 12 with just seven races remaining on the year. It was Larson's series-best fifth victory of the 2024 season and the second of his career at Bristol.
