Rick Hendrick built on a successful career in the automotive-retail business to launch NASCAR team Hendrick Motorsports in 1984. Over the ensuing four decades, it has become one of the most successful and high-profile teams in the sport's long history. Competing across NASCAR's three race series, the team had, as of 2023, posted the most Cup wins of any team (301) and the most Drivers' Championships (18).
Hendricks driver roster is a who's who of the sports greats, including Champion drivers Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, Terry Labonte, and Dale Earnhardt Jr. Today the team fields four drivers: William Byron, Alex Bowman, and Cup champions Chase Elliott and Kyle Larson. This hardcover book exceeded my expectations. It was well written and the stories and trivia were enhanced by the placement of professionally taken photos of the Nascar drivers, Nascar tracks and the beautiful paint on the Nascar cars. Thank you for the memories Hendrick Motorsports. My HM 40 book is displayed along with my authenticated race used wb24 tire and piston, fender panel, HM 40 mini train set, along with much more merchandise.

The 40 year anniversary book on Hendrick Motorsports is outstanding. Loads of memorable action pictures, all the drivers, crews, and changes throughout the years. It’s a “got to have” for any Nascar follower.

This is a great book, Great layout, well written, excellent History and a very good book for all true NASCAR Fans. this book makes a great Christmas gift for the NASCAR Fan in your family, I highly recommend it. I greatly Thank you for all the work that went in to making this book.
